Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in creating high-quality, handmade items and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

Shipping Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping).

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.

Handmade Disclaimer

Because each item is handmade and hand-painted, slight variations in color, wood grain, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
